Q: What are the main challenges your lab faces?

A: Like many laboratories we face several challenges, including the need to retrain staff regularly, which has prompted us to explore creating a continuous training program. We also deal with occasional shortages or unavailability of reagents and the need to upgrade outdated equipment. Additionally, a lack of understanding from authorities often complicates our processes, making operations more challenging.

Q: Can you share any accomplishments that you are particularly proud of?

A: We’re excited about our plans to enhance staff training by establishing a continuous education program and upgrading our equipment. These initiatives will help us continue providing reliable diagnostics and expand our capacity to serve the community.
